Under the Corporate Finance Manager’s direction, the Corporate Finance Analyst will own assigned analyses, trackers, reconciliations, documentation, and recurring deliverables across treasury, banking, financing, equity, investor support and compliance, and tax. The role is designed to reduce key-person risk, build disciplined and transferable processes, and develop a broad Corporate Finance foundation that can support future progression into a Treasury Manager or Tax Manager role as the organization grows. The Corporate Finance Manager remains accountable for strategy, priorities, stakeholder relationships, judgment, approvals, and overall quality.
