Desired Qualifications<ul><li>At least 5 or more years’ related experience as an executive assistant, legal secretary or legal assistant, in a law firm, in-house corporate legal department or executive level support. </li><li>Experience supporting Board related material generation.</li><li>Experience working with BoardVantage or other governance platform</li><li>Experience managing project timelines, keeping participants on schedule, and communicating changes and updates in a timely manner.</li><li>Experience providing administrative support to an executive or senior management.</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s Degree.</li><li>Experience supporting three or more attorneys.</li><li>Working knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Pro, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products, iManage, SharePoint and performing internet research.</li><li>Demonstrated clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications skills, including an emphasis on grammar and formatting.</li><li>Must possess the ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment while working as part of a team with attorneys and legal professionals.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate work while being proactive, taking initiative, and exhibiting sound judgment.</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks, often under time constraints while taking directions from multiple attorneys, legal professionals, paralegals and clients.</li><li>Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.</li><li>Holds oneself accountable for complete, accurate, and timely work results, both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Exercise professional judgment, integrity, respect, and professionalism.</li><li>North Carolina Notary Public.</li></ul> Mobility Classification - Hybrid (three days in office per week).
