In Zusammenarbeit mit Ehrenamtlichen, Verbänden, Parteien, Wissenschaft und anderen Expert:innen aus progressivem und bürgerlichem Umfeld strebt der BaumEntscheid an, mit Hilfe von Stadtgrün und anderen Klimaanpassungsmaßnahmen eine wetterfeste, hitzesichere Stadt zu schaffen, damit man in Berlin auch in Zukunft noch gut leben kann. Der BaumEntscheid verfolgt das Ziel, per Volksentscheid ein BäumePlus-Gesetz zur Abstimmung zu bringen. Das Gesetz soll alle erforderlichen Klimaanpassungsmaßnahmen für ein wetterfestes Berlin bis 2035 zur Umsetzung bringen.Die Initiative erarbeitet noch bis Ende Mai mit Hilfe von Jurist:innen ein entsprechendes Gesetz, das im <a href="https://www.welt.de/politik/deutschland/article250392028/Mehr-Strassenbaeume-Recht-auf-Baum-Berlin-steht-vor-neuem-Volksentscheid.html">ersten Entwurf bereits im März der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt wurde</a>. Zunehmend wird daran gearbeitet, das bestehende Team von circa 30 Ehrenamtlichen zu skalieren, diverse Volunteer-Teams für Campaigining und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit aufzubauen, Wähler:innen und Unterschriften zu mobilisieren.Für dieses spannende demokratische Unterfangen sucht der BaumEntscheid eine fähige und motivierte Person, die die Fäden miteinander verbindet, die Aufgaben vorantreibt und sicherstellt, dass die Volunteers effizient arbeiten können. Die Stelle wird von Ecosia bis Ende Dezember 2024 finanziert. Entsprechend besteht das Anstellungsverhältnis über Ecosia, auch wenn der BaumEntscheid eine unabhängige Initiative darstellt. Mobilisierung, Bündnisarbeit und Fundraising. Du behältst den Überblick über die Teilprojekte und und unterstützt die jeweiligen Leads, ihre Teammitglieder zu empowern. Zu den Aufgaben gehören hier kollaborative Prozesssteuerung, definieren und Monitoring von Meilensteinen sowie proaktives Moderieren von Störungen. Während die Volunteers in ihre Themen vertieft sind, ist es Deine Aufgabe, den Überblick zu behalten und dafür zu sorgen, dass gemeinsam unsere Ziele erreicht werden.  <ul style=""><li>Volunteer Management: </li></ul>Aktuell umfasst das Team etwa 30 Ehrenamtliche mit Wachstumsaussicht. Deine Aufgabe ist sicherzustellen, dass zunehmend mehr Volunteers zu unserem Team dazustoßen und dass alle interessierten Ehrenamtlichen in Abhängigkeit von Ihren Fähigkeiten, Kapazitäten und ihrer Motivation reibungslos ins produktive Tun kommen. Du stellst sicher, dass sie an der richtigen Stelle eingebunden sind, sodass sie Selbstwirksamkeit erleben können, gleichzeitig die Initiative nach vorne bringen und anderen davon erzählen. Wünschenswert ist eine Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Prozesse mit starkem Fokus auf das Onboarding inkl. dem Empower-Mindset “Hauptamt unterstützt Ehrenamt”.<ul style=""><li>Kollaboratives Arbeiten moderieren:</li></ul>Du organisierst Workshops, Brainstormings, Onboardings und Feedbackschleifen, um relevante Interessengruppen, neue Volunteers und deren Expertise in die Erarbeitung tragfähiger Teilprojekte, Arbeitspakete und “ToDos” einzubeziehen, sowie um deren Input und Ideen, sofern zielführend und machbar, in die Umsetzung zu bringen<ul style=""><li>Dokumentation, Monitoring und Reporting: </li></ul>Dokumentation von Ergebnisnotizen, regelmäßige Informationsabgleich zwischen Stakeholdern, Steuerungsgruppen und Gesamteam sowie Fortschrittsabgleich vereinbarter ToDos und Verantwortlichkeiten.<ul style=""><li>Kommunikation: </li></ul>Effektive Kommunikation zwischen allen beteiligten Parteien, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit der Volunteers zwischen allen Expertise-, Kommunikations- und Mobilisierungsbereichen sicherzustellen.<ul style=""><li>Budgetplanung:</li></ul>Als Teil des Projektmanagements und des Volunteermanagement können Aufgaben anfallen, die in den Bereich Buchhaltung und Budgetplanung fallen.  Anforderungen:<ul style=""><li>3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement. Vorzugsweise im Bereich Prozesssteuerung, Definition von Meilensteinen, Mobilisierung/Aktivismus, Volunteer-Management und/oder NGO-Gründung. </li><li>Deutschkenntnisse auf C2 Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
