Climate XChange Education and Research

Climate XChange (CXC) is a non-partisan organization focused on supporting the needs of state actors advancing climate policy. Our mission is to achieve a rapid and equitable transition towards a zero-emissions economy by advancing state climate policy. 

We achieve this through two nationwide programs:

1. Our State Climate Policy Network (SCPN) connects over 15,000 legislators, executive branch officials, advocates, and technical experts working across the country.
2. Our State Climate Policy Dashboard, the most comprehensive publicly accessible database for state climate policy, covers over 65 policies across all 50 states.
