The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in utility sales, engaging with both department leaders and C-level executives, preferably in utility automation solutions.The VP of Business Development is responsible for co-developing the design, implementation, and continual improvement of the Company's market offerings and growth strategy. This individual will also be expected to participate in the high-level strategic planning with senior leadership while attending to the day-to-day execution of that plan. Initially a player-coach role, the VP is responsible for attaining or exceeding an annual revenue bookings target for themself and their team.
