About the role The Marketing Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and communication strategies across the EMEA business to support the business’ annual plan goals. Fundamental to the execution of the Marketing strategy is a focus on regionally specific content and social activity which supports the Business Development and Customer Success functions. The role also requires strong business and commercial acumen and skills in creating and managing GTM campaigns across a range of digital channels, with a focus on growth. Role Responsibilities <ul>
<li>Developing and executing a regionally focused, results-driven, multi-platform marcomms strategy and plan in line with business and brand direction</li>
<li>Develop close relationships with the Business Development and Customer Success regional teams to identify and promote key growth opportunities</li>
<li>Collaborating with partners and customers to maximise marketing efforts as a key mechanism to drive adoption of our products</li>
<li>Create and execute GTM activity which seeks to exploit the identified opportunities and achieves agreed KPIs across the channel mix</li>
<li>Identifying growth opportunities across the digital marketing channel mix (SEO, CRM, Web, Paid) and working with the wider team to develop activation plan</li>
<li>Identify regionally specific content ideas and themes for development which helps drive annual plan goals, specifically with revenue targets in mind</li>
<li>Content creation in line with global marketing strategy which is regionally relevant and aligns with BD/CS team’s requirements</li>
<li>Adhering to the global marketing plan, execute Social strategy across the LinkedIn platform for specific region (other platforms may be utilised on an ad hoc basis)</li>
<li>Work closely with Performance Lead to track effectiveness of all campaigns, tailoring in-flight to the benefit of the overall marketing strategy, as required</li>
<li>Managing design requirements from the regional team and liaising with local designer to supply collateral in line with brand direction</li>
<li>Evaluation of delegated activations and reporting in full to leadership with regular updates</li>
<li>Understand and work within the market budget parameters to maximise return</li>
</ul> Experience and Skills <ul>
<li>You have previous experience of working in the (fin)tech sector</li>
<li>You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously</li>
<li>You are familiar with becoming the voice of the customer internally, critiquing all comms and being responsible for application of the right TOV across all segments</li>
<li>You are proficient in independently developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs to keep customers and prospects engaged with our brand and overall mission</li>
<li>You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation</li>
<li>You bring commercial and customer understanding and a strong knowledge of content development</li>
<li>You are proficient in internet marketing techniques, technologies and solutions</li>
<li>Proactive problem solver with strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li>Technical skills using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Figma, Google Suite, and Google Analytics highly preferred</li>
