They are part of an empowered eco brand and app that protects the Earth. They understand Treecard’s target audience and are responsible for signing people up for the app by giving away free gifts on campus and in the city. The goal of the ambassador program is to increase app sign ups, inspire university students, and manage the Treecard brand on a student level. This includes talking to people one-on-one and in groups, and working at Treecard events to ensure unforgettable brand experiences. Ambassadors value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative working atmosphere.</span><br><br><br><h3>Be A Trail Blazer </h3><ul>
<li>Grow the user base by inviting people to sign up for the app in exchange for a free house plant - that means handing out house plants at busy student hubs .</li>
<li>Have a good eye for people– understand what kind of person is truly interested in the product, and work out how to target more of them</li>
<li>Educate and empower customers about the product, rewards, and impact while the app downloads.</li>
<li>Competently answer any questions about how trees get funded and then planted to build trust.</li>
<li>Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.</li>
<li>Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals, campus clubs, and university event coordinators.</li>
<li>Drive the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content.</li>
<li>Plan and launch Wild Hero events and work supported events to help drive sign-ups and ensure an unforgettable brand experience.</li>
<li>Provide local insights, trends and uncover new local opportunities.</li>

This is a great opportunity for the person who loves to have their hands in a little bit of everything and for someone who is interested in learning the ins and outs of startups.No day will be the same- you will have the opportunity to work alongside marketing to build our campus ambassador program, act as our remote culture champion for our Treeteam (Treecard employees!), own our employer branding and support our Co-Founders on special projects as needed.This position is remote based in London, UK (we have a WeWork office- most team members go 1x per week) and will report directly into the People Operations Manager but will also work closely with other departments and Co-Founders.<br><br><h3>Some Projects To Start 👐</h3><ul>
<li>Build the Treecard Ambassador program from scratch alongside our marketing team- recruit across universities, organize campaign logistics and manage and drive the student teams</li>
<li>Assist the CEO with managing relationships with marketing agencies to manage design assets and social ad performance agreements</li>
<li>Empower new Treeteam Members- Continuously improve our employee onboarding setup and materials and set all new team members up for success for Day 1</li>
<li>Assist on various People Ops initiatives- org documentation, employer branding, remote culture, hosting retreats, and financial operations to name a few</li>
