Our vision is a world where money flows where it is needed to transition every sector and region to deliver climate goals, in line with the Paris Agreement. Finance is critical to every climate action. Global climate goals will only be met if capital flows at sufficient scale and speed to the right solutions.
Arc works to direct and enable a global and systemic shift in capital reallocation from &lsquo;dirty&rsquo; to &lsquo;clean&rsquo;, and to support resilience and adaptation. Position Overview:&nbsp;We are seeking a bold, enterprising individual to join our Partnership Team working closely with the Chief Executive in cultivating and nurturing relationships with UHNW, HNW, Family Office and philanthropic donors in the USA. You will play a pivotal role in bringing philanthropic resources to Arc so that we can achieve the ambitious goals and impact set under our current strategic plan. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive significant funding towards global climate goals and the net zero transition. Ideal candidates will bring achievements as a &ldquo;door opener and deal closer,&rdquo; with success in cultivating and securing six, seven and eight figure gifts.
Responsibilities:&nbsp;As the Head of Fundraising (USA), you will be responsible for:

<li>Strategy Development:&nbsp;Designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting US based UHNW, HNW, and Family Office donors, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.</li>
<li>Donor Cultivation:&nbsp;Building and maintaining strong relationships with key philanthropists, effectively conveying our vision, impact, and strategic priorities.</li>
<li>Prospect Identification:&nbsp;Conducting thorough research to identify potential donors, assessing their philanthropic interests, values, and alignment with our work.</li>

Requirements
Required:

<li>Progressive senior-level leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and growing outcomes-based fundraising preferably within the nonprofit or philanthropic sectors</li>
<li>Success in and passion for fundraising that is demonstrated in a commitment to maintaining current funders, a zest for cultivating new donors, an ability to generate new revenue streams, and a history of successfully taking organizations to the next level of sustained philanthropic support.</li>

Location:&nbsp;Climate Arc is a virtual-first organization. This is a remote position with some travel required for organization/team, funder, and partner meetings.&nbsp;We seek candidates located along the US eastern seaboard.
Salary &amp; benefits: This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually.

Head of Fundraising - USA (Eastern Seaboard based)

Climate Arc exists to address the gaps between existing and required capital and capacity to achieve a climate safe, net zero future. To achieve this bold goal, we must be able and willing to critically assess our own work as well as the work of our grantees, independent consultants and contractors (funding recipients) to continuously develop capacity within Arc as well as the wider climate finance community.
Climate Arc is now seeking an experienced Impact Associate to support the design and implementation of our Impact Strategy as well as the day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of program funding recipients. The Impact Associate will conduct regular analysis of Monitoring &amp; Evaluation data, and extract learnings to contribute to donor reporting and other materials.
Reporting to the Impact Lead, this exciting, newly created role will play a critical part in designing and delivering Arc&rsquo;s strategy of boosting the capacity of the climate finance ecosystem through assisting with research into best practice Monitoring &amp; Evaluation models, helping to define reporting indicators and supporting data collection and analysis for Arc&rsquo;s donors and other stakeholders.
In 2023, key deliverables of the Impact Team will include the design and implementation of Arc&rsquo;s Impact Strategy; the design and build of a web-based impact platform and the first of Arc&rsquo;s Annual Impact reports.
This role can be fully remote or hybrid across the UK or anywhere in Europe.
What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Partnering with Arc&rsquo;s Impact Lead in the design and delivery of an organisation wide results Framework, external and internal reporting and Climate Arc&rsquo;s overall Impact Strategy.</li>
<li>Drive the development of Arc&rsquo;s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system and processes including key indicators.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drive uptake of the system and ensure the smooth running of databases and digital data collection systems, providing end user training.</li>
<li>Provide periodic updates and diagnostic reports on team and program usage of MEL tools and digital data collection.</li>
<li>Lead the development of Impact Plans for funding recipients in collaboration with the Partnerships team.</li>
<li>Lead a culture of mutual and continuous learning with funding recipients and Arc teams.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with Climate Arc funding recipients.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide technical support to funding recipients in planning and implementing Monitoring &amp; Evaluation systems and activities and data-based decision-making</li>
<li>Aggregate and support the analysis of Impact data from across Climate Arc&rsquo;s information platforms to contribute to management decision-making and reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure Impact data and information is accurately and ethically collected, stored, analysed, and shared in adherence to Climate Arc&rsquo;s data protection policies.</li>
<li>Generate and present periodic indicator reports on funding recipients&rsquo; and Arc&rsquo;s overall progress against key indicators.</li>

<li>Experience in generating and presenting periodic reports on funding recipients&rsquo; and overall progress against key indicators</li>
<li>Experience in ensuring the accuracy and ethical collection, storage, analysis, and sharing of Impact data and information in adherence to data protection policies</li>
<li>Robust analytical skills; the ability to synthesize information and distil insights and conclusions succinctly</li>
