⚒️ Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Respond to and close inbound leads (calls, emails). This includes responding in a timely fashion, representing the company, coordinating fulfillment with operations, and closing the sale.</li>

<h3>Management of Technicians, Yard, and Shop</h3>
<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Oversee training of technicians. Conduct periodic performance reviews.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Operate company vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Fulfill service contracts that go beyond available service technician capacity.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Promote a culture of safety by leading the company&rsquo;s safety protocols at the Burlington Hub.</li>

<h3>Team Scheduling and Customer Communication</h3>

Operations Manager

We offer urine-diverting and traditional portable restrooms, and at our headquarter&rsquo;s *Lab, we recover and reintroduce a portion of the water and nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) from human waste.
&nbsp;
✅ Primary Purpose
The Nutrient Network Technician is responsible for supporting the entire nutrient recovery process. This includes driving, collection in the field, offloading at the *Hub (company headquarters), and reintroduction of urine-derived fertilizer streams at local farms. Their main responsibilities are to deliver excellent customer satisfaction by driving the company service truck to various locations in beautiful Northern Vermont, servicing, pumping, cleaning, and repairing portable restrooms, and contributing to the optimization of servicing systems for our portable sanitation offering. They will also provide in-person, hands-on support around our headquarters by completing tasks that enable the deployment of portable units into the market, such as repairing units, maintaining vehicles, washing vehicles, and restocking supplies.

This position is crucial to our mission and represents the face of our circular sanitation company.

👊🏽 Responsibilities
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service, pump, and refresh portable restrooms or deliver units for our clients in accordance with Wasted and DOT requirements. Pump the mixed waste stream and/or urine stream into the appropriate truck tank.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Provide outstanding customer service when on customer worksites to ensure services are completed to their satisfaction.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Ensure proper unloading of waste streams. Depending on the delivery and service type, empty the truck at the Wasted*Hub and/or local wastewater treatment plants.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Use a tablet with route and service software to efficiently complete jobs; complete required route paperwork.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Check, wash, and repair units and vehicles as needed.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Demonstrate professional behavior, an accountable work ethic, and adapt to a flexible schedule. Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with Wasted* and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.</li>
