The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: &nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. </li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. </li><li>Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. </li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. </li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. </li><li>Support external audits and tax filings. </li><li>Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. </li><li>Reconcile inter company account activity and file feed integrations </li><li>Championing continuous improvement, automation, and internal control initiatives </li></ul>Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. </li><li>CPA or equivalent certification preferred. </li><li>3-7 years of accounting experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. </li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). </li><li>Advanced Excel skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>This is a full-time salaried position. </li><li>Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills. </li><li>This position is based in Bozeman, MT and is not a remote work opportunity. </li><li>Bridger Photonics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. </li><li>United States Employment Eligibility: Bridger does not offer visa sponsorships.
