With a rapidly growing customer base and a commitment to innovation, we are expanding our team to further drive our mission.Overview of Position We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Demand Generation Strategist to join our growing marketing team. This person will report to the Marketing Manager and craft and execute campaigns in line with current marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in driving demand generation through online channels, especially B2B. This role is critical in enhancing our digital presence, generating leads, and supporting our sales team.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.</li><li>Manage and optimize digital channels including, but not limited to, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.</li><li>Utilize tools such as HubSpot for marketing automation, Google Ads for paid advertising, Google Analytics for performance tracking, and LinkedIn for targeted outreach and campaign management.</li><li>Create and manage campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.</li><li>Analyze data and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage the digital marketing budget, including allocating resources and monitoring spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing conference logistics, including marketing strategies, material preparation, and on-site support.</li><li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns around conferences and events to maximize visibility, engagement, and ROI, ensuring the company derives maximum value from its participation.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, demand generation, and event marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead nurturing.</li><li>Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve measurable results.</li><li>Experience in planning and executing conference logistics and related marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Experience in the technology or energy sector is a plus.</li></ul>Additional Information:&nbsp;<ul><li>This is a full-time position.</li><li>Pay is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.</li><li>This position is based at Bridger’s facility in Bozeman, MT.</li><li>Bridger Photonics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</li><li>United States Employment Eligibility: Bridger does not offer visa sponsorships.
