<div><strong>Job Overview:</strong></div>
<div>We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate HVAC technicians who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. As our first install crew, we are looking for individuals with deep install experience to help us prototype processes and procedures that we will be implementing across North America. You will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.</div>

<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div>- Install new heat pump systems</div>
<div>- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems</div>
<div>- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues</div>
<div>- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters</div>
<div>- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality</div>
<div>- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems</div>
<div>- Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes</div>
<div>- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions</div>

<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>
<div>- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role</div>
<div>- HVAC/R Red Seal (preferred), but also open to apprentices</div>
<div>- Gas Fitter B (preferred), but also open to apprentices</div>
<div>- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems</div>
<div>- Ability to read blueprints and schematics</div>
<div>- Familiarity with building codes and regulations</div>
<div>- Excellent problem-solving skills</div>
<div>- Ability to work independently and in a team environment</div>
<div>- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions</div>
