Day-to-day, you will ensure the right balance and trade-offs between commercial performance and insurance cover/limits whilst maintaining business compliance. You can establish a north star for our insurance programme while maintaining an agile mindset towards short-term business requirements. You can share and deploy that vision in a fast-paced environment;</li><li><b>Insurance expertise:</b> You can challenge the business on required coverage and limits to find an optimal balance between performance and corporate risk/compliance; ideally you come from an Insurtech company and/or have an understanding of how to automate part of the processes between reporting and claims management.
