About the positionWe are looking for an experienced Python backend software engineer to join our Software Development Department. You will need to gain a good understanding of the domain and our research output to design improvements that make our backend infrastructure scalable and cover our customers’ needs.Our cloud platform is hosted on AWS, and we are in the process of transitioning our infrastructure to container orchestration using EKS. It handles all standard and custom marine/industrial protocols and performs edge computing by applying noise removal filters, calculating metadata, compressing and encrypting transmittable measurements, and is installed onboard vessels all over the world.
