The Role We’re seeking a mission aligned, dynamic General Manager – DTC Sales to lead and scale our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business globally. This role will own revenue, performance, and customer experience across DTC channels including our website store, TikTok Shop, online wholesale platforms, as well as oversee customer experience. You will also work closely with our Sales, Finance, Product, Creative, and Supply Planning teams to align cross-channel strategies and maximize growth opportunities.
