 OUR STORY
 In April 2019, Crijn Bouman and Joost van der Weijde start Rocsys B.V. Not much later Kanter van Deurzen joins the team. Crijn has a 15 year track record in the fast charging industry, Joost has a PhD degree in robotics, and Kanter has an intensive industry background in computer vision. This lays a strong foundation to create innovative solutions for automated EV charging. 
 

 The backing by professional investors created budget to increase the speed of the developments. Through several design iterations and pilot projects, we have created an automated charging solution that is safe, reliable and cost efficient. With more than ten technicians in the team we are ready to scale up further.

<p>Wij zijn <strong>Rocsys</strong>, de koploper op het gebied van autonoom opladen van elektrische voertuigen. Klinkt tof? Dus: techniek, robots, elektrische auto's en voertuigen (EV). Wij zijn een jong bedrijf, waar veel ruimte is voor gezelligheid persoonlijke ontwikkeling en samen toffe dingen maken en ontwikkelen. We zijn nog klein, maar hebben grootse plannen voor het verduurzamen van de wereld. Help jij mee? Ga jij in onze werkplaats onze ROC's maken? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:<br></p><p>Je zorgt ervoor dat Rocsys producten op tijd en volledig worden geassembleerd volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen, volgens de eisen van de (interne) klant. De Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) brengt geen montagefouten aan het licht. Je houdt je werkplek veilig en gestructureerd. Je levert feedback en input over procesverbeteringen, het voortdurend verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de producten en het meten van prestatie-indicatoren.</p><p><br></p><p>Maar veel belangrijker, wie zijn <strong>wij</strong>: Gemiddelde leeftijd: 35 jaar. Aantal werknemers: 55 in Nederland en 9 in Amerika. We hebben elke dag een gratis vega lunch met zijn alle en elke woensdagmiddag een borrel. We hebben regelmatig leuke feestjes met zijn allen. Iedereen staat open voor een praatje en om je te helpen met al je vragen. We zijn een divers team met collega's van over de hele wereld. Omdat niet iedereen Nederlands spreekt, is de voertaal Engels. Laat dat je vooral niet afschikken, want iedereen op zijn eigen niveau. We hebben een mooi licht pand, met uitzicht op de Vliet en de tram 1 stopt voor de deur. Ook genoeg parkeerplaatsen. 25 vakantie dagen bij fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om er 5 bij kopen.</p><p>Oh ja: geheimhoudingsplicht, want wij maken toffe robots die de wereld gaat veranderen. Dus wat jij mee brengt is duidelijk:</p><p>Natuurlijk heb jij affiniteit met techniek en technische kennis, ben je gewend om samen te werken en te werken met targets. Je werkt netjes en veilig. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk en bent betrokken. Je kan prima werken met de standaard Microsoft programma's. Je spreekt en verstaat Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt basiskennis van LEAN en Six Sigma. Kom je iets tegen wat handiger, slimmer of beter kan, dan maak je dat bespreekbaar. Guaranteeing that new developments meet our and our customers’ expectations is your responsibility, and you are dedicated to getting the best out of development possible. To do this, you: </p></div><div><ul><li>Verify the development output. </li><li>Actively collaborate with your development colleagues to optimize the value of testing to the development process. </li><li>Collaborate with the team on how to translate test findings into the continuous development efforts.  </li></ul></div><div><p>Your affinity with the many domains that contribute to an applied robotic system allows you to guide the development team to make the best system they possibly can, both as the most sustainable, reliable and best performing system on the market. </p></div><p><br> </p><p><br></p></div><div><p><strong>Your contribution</strong> </p></div><div><div><p>In this job, you: </p></div><div><ul><li>Take ownership of the design verification of new Rocsys products.
