At Fram Energy, we build specialized billing software for multi tenant solar and energy storage projects, solving one of the most stubborn problems in clean energy adoption. When landlords install solar but tenants receive the savings, landlords have no incentive to invest. Fram fixes this: we calculate solar savings and pass them directly to tenants at a discount to grid rates, generating real revenue for property owners while reducing energy costs for residents. We launched in 2023 and now process 4,000+ bills per month across California, Hawaii, and beyond with many more coming online soon! We have a great track record of executing: in three years we have never lost a customer.
