The Opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, Advanced Applications Support, the Advanced Application Support Engineer provides technical support and implementation expertise for Tantalus products and other emerging integrations such as SCADA, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) integration, and behind-the-meter applications. This role will focus on supporting customers in deployment preparation, driving product  refinement, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
