As IT Manager (m/f/d), you will be the only responsible person for developing and executing the company's IT strategy, managing relationships with external IT service providers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on IT-related projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that IT operations align with business objectives and support the overall growth and efficiency of the company. Your responsibility and impact within AMSilk company means to: <ul><li> Develop and implement the company's IT and Cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business goals while ensuring that the company’s infrastructure remains competitive and secure</li><li>Manage relationships with external IT service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met</li><li>Lead and manage IT-related projects from inception to completion, including the development and monitoring of project plans and budget management</li><li>Oversee the implementation of our ERP System, Contract Management System, and the further development of our existing ELN/LIMS System</li><li>Facilitate training and support for employees on new IT systems and technologies. As our Head of Production - Fiber Spinning (m/w/d), you develop and deploy our CMO industrialization strategy in order to implement our overall strategic plan for upscaling. You oversee every aspect of AMSilk's yarn spinning activities from strategy development, R&amp;D and production to dealing with global CMO's.
