The Senior Commercial Officer is a Singapore based position reporting to the CEO.  The primary responsibility of the role is ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization. Your role requires a combination of strong technical solution selling skills with strong marketing, sales, channel, and business development skills. As the Senior Commercial Officer, you will take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s product and service offering, making sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives. You will work closely with all other departments of the company to ensure decisions align with operational realities and maximize market opportunity – this role will be the leader of this interaction, information sharing and decision making. Senior Commercial Officer

VFlowTech is expanding its manufacturing development in India. At this juncture, we are looking for a Lead Electrical and Control engineer to support on battery testing, component testing and support production.<ul><li>Perform the factory acceptance test (FAT) of all battery unit produced in India. The ESS are tested in both grid-tied and off-grid mode and various parameters such as round-trip efficiency, discharge energy, various battery component performance, BMS and EMS burn test, external controller test, etc. to be performed.</li><li>Develop an EV charger facility at the factory running on battery and solar, to test long term reliability test of batteries in off-grid and grid tied system.</li><li>Perform incoming QC check for all the electrical and power components, for which develop various test benches as required.</li><li>Support during the production process, as required.</li><li>Test DCDC converters, various inverters and develop project based energy management system and controller.</li><li>24x7 data monitoring of the ESS installed globally and generate reports in regular basis.</li><li>Grow a team to support above mentioned activities.</li></ul>

Power System & Control Lead (Energy Storage)

VFlowTech is involved in the design and development of Advanced Energy Storage Systems and Microgrids based on Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB).<ul><li>Design, develop and test power/control circuits required in the product design such as black start operation, auxiliary power circuit designs, pump control, VFD programming, converter pre-charge, sensor circuit, etc.</li><li>Understand the logic diagram of battery operation and test the product for reliability and long-term data.</li><li>Learn to design the electrical part of the energy storage suitable for AC and DC microgrids.</li><li>Review alternative components of the existing electrical BOM to improve performance and reduce cost.</li><li>Support in developing BMS and EMS.</li><li>Troubleshoot needed to make sure all machines are running as efficiently as possible.</li><li>Speak to vendors and partners globally for sourcing of new components.</li></ul>

Electrical Engineer – R&D and Product Development

HR Manager

<ul><li>Lead the design and development of the power control system for flow battery, which includes design of DC side topology (battery stacks, DC-DC converters, protection circuits) to AC output (DC-AC inverter selection, power distribution system).</li><li>Lead the development of battery management, energy management, cloud monitoring, battery charge controller, integration of different types of sensors and equipment, development of charging and discharging algorithms, etc. You should be able to lead this development.</li><li>Produce SLD, BOM, GA of complete power components for fabrication and work closely with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Perform circuit analysis and simulation before the physical development.</li><li>Responsible for the PCB layout, sample making and field test.</li><li>Responsible for the system integration, testing and commissioning. Senior Power System Engineer (Flow Battery)

<ul><li>Testing of the system during FAT (factory acceptance test) following the test procedures and prepare test and QC reports</li><li>Installation, testing and commissioning of our battery on site at customer sites in various countries</li><li>Provide support and guidance to customer for electrical connection of the battery to renewables, DG and loads.</li><li>Filling of the liquid electrolyte in the battery with strictly following the safety standards, as per service documents provided.</li><li>Testing of PCB circuit boards, relays, BMS components, sensor signals, protection components, ACDB, DCDB etc before turning on of the system.</li><li>Configure battery inverter to set the requirement as per country standards.</li><li>Use of external DC power supply to pre charge the battery, following the service manual.</li><li>Troubleshoot of the various problems that may arise during the operation of the battery including hardware and software issues.</li><li>Remote monitoring of all the battery units deployed and track of operation and troubleshoot problem if arises</li><li>Generate on-site service report and documents clear problem statements and resolving.</li></ul>

Electrical Test & Service Engineer

VFlowTech is involved in the design, development and deployment of Advanced Energy Storage Systems and Microgrids based on Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB) and Lithium-ion Battery (LFP type). For developing Battery Management Systems (BMS):<ul><li>Define BMS functions, Design hardware architecture, schematics, PCB layout, Select suitable component, device and equipment.</li><li>Develop and implement BMS firmware with core algorithms (charging, discharging, SOC/SOH calculations and balancing, etc.).</li><li>Develop and debug BMS firmware and perform on-site debugging of energy storage systems.</li></ul>For developing Energy Management Systems (EMS):<ul><li>Define EMS functional requirements, design overall solutions, and formulate software architecture.</li><li>Design system communication, SCADA, power quality regulation, energy metering, and other topological structures.</li><li>Develop and implement EMS software system and module testing and conduct overall software integration for energy storage systems.</li><li>Build BMS and EMS testing platforms for functional, performance, and reliability testing.</li><li>Responsible for researching industry-related products, standards, and technological trends in BMS/EMS, and continuously provide suggestions and improvements for the company's BMS/EMS technology roadmap.</li></ul>Role Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++, with experience in embedded system design (TI/Microchip/STM32 MCU, DSP, SoC etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with electronic circuits and microcontroller applications, as well as expertise in various communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, I2C, SPI, RS485, RS232, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with BMS features and BMS operation principles, such as parameter monitoring, protection logic, fault diagnosis, SOC/SOH estimation,</li><li>Familiarity with power system SCADA/EMS systems, such as solar forecasting, frequency regulation (automatic generation control (AGC), droop control, secondary frequency regulation), economic energy dispatch.</li><li>Knowledge of on-grid/off-grid microgrid systems and understanding of grid-connected energy storage standards, grid requirements, and electricity market requirements is preferred.</li></ul>
