<p>Help build the software that changes the waste industry! As an Implementation manager, you will be part of the onboarding and customer success team at CurbWaste. You will help ideate and build the onboarding tools and processes to propel our growth. This is an exciting role for a hungry and customer centric individual to come in and lead the major process development in the rapidly growing startup. If you share the same goals and values, this is the place for you.</p><p></p><p>What You'll Do:</p><ul> <li>Serve as a process and workflow focused point of contact for a cohort of customers during their implementations of CurbWaste and CurbPOS Software</li> <li>Prepare, update, and manage project management materials</li> <li>Coordinate and/or implement customers’ data migrations, accounting migrations, and third-party integrations</li> <li>Keep all customers within your cohort on track to go-live within their agreed-upon schedule</li> <li>Manage various forms of risk that would prevent customers from going live</li> <li> Lead trainings and offer additional insights to help customers get the most out of CurbWaste</li> <li>Host open office hours, 1:1 meetings, and group check-in calls with your assigned customers</li> <li>Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to supporting CurbWaste, WeighWorks, and integrated applications</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Customer Success. You will have a lot of autonomy to put into practice what you have learned and implement your ideas for improvement</li> <li>Work with engineers, product managers, QA team, Customer Success team, and leadership in a highly collaborative environment where everyone shares ownership of the company's success</li> <li>Work on making our application scalable through code, architecture &amp; infrastructure</li> <li>Work in an agile environment</li> <li>Lead by example in being a craftsman in software development.
