<p>The overarching responsibility of Forestry Specialists lies in the processing of our forestry data. This includes app onboardings of new customers as well as forest inventory analysis and management plan suggestions. <h2>Aufgaben</h2><ul><li>Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass sich unsere Mitarbeiter*innen in unserem Büro wohl fühlen - angefangen vom Büromanagement bis hin zur Bürogestaltung.</li><li>Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeiter*innen alles haben, was sie für ihren Arbeitsalltag im Büro brauchen.</li><li>Du gestaltest unsere Büroräumlichkeiten sowie Meetingräume und bereitest Arbeitsplätze für neue Mitarbeiter*innen vor.</li><li>Du hältst den Kontakt zu unseren Dienstleistern (wie Reinigungsfirmen) und stellst sicher, dass unser Büro aufgeräumt und sauber ist.</li><li>Du übernimmst Bestellungen und verwaltest Rechnungen.</li></ul><h2>Qualifikation</h2><ul><li>Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen. </li><li>Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Office Management, Assistenz oder Büromanagement mit. </li><li>Du bist offen und kommunikationsstark und hast Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen. </li><li>Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst dich gut strukturieren, sodass andere sich immer auf dich verlassen können.  </li><li>Du kannst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul><li><strong>Wir arbeiten an einem gemeinsamen Purpose</strong>: Du trägst mit deiner Arbeit aktiv zum Klimaschutz bei und bewirkst, dass Wälder ihr volles Potential entfalten können.
