You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and successful launch of innovative metal alloy products that set new industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Analyze market trends and competitor products to guide our product strategy</li><li>Identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and roadmaps</li><li>Address user issues and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas</li><li>Plan and execute successful product launches</li><li>Analyze data to inform decision-making and understand key financial metrics</li><li>Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, managing customer relationships professionally</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field. Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) or MBA is a plus</li><li>2-6 years of experience in product management, consulting, and/or marketing, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including executives, R&amp;D, engineering, and business development</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders</li><li>Proven track record of managing customer relationships and gathering user feedback</li><li>Familiarity with operations, advanced manufacturing, and metallurgy a plus</li></ul>Culture We don’t look for profiles that “fit” with our culture.
