<div>Universal Engineering Sciences is looking for a highly qualified <b>Project Manager</b> to join our growing Construction Services Department.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Starting at $70,000/yr</b></div><div>*Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, skillset, and certifications.</div><br><br><h3>Job Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Responsibly manage Construction Materials Testing and Inspection projects, which includes providing supervision of special inspectors, materials technicians, laboratory operations, building and public works department coordination, and other related duties. </li><li>Prepare Partial and Final Grading Reports, pad certifications, and pad re-certifications as needed for various assigned projects (or supervise completion). </li><li>Prepare, review, and approve Pavement Quality Reports, Selected Backfill Reports, Trench Backfill Reports, and other public entity certification reports for private and public developments (or supervise completion). </li><li>Prepare Partial and Final QAA/Test Summary Reports for assigned projects (or supervise completion). </li><li>Provide project coordination, quantity take-offs, project budget tracking, and other routine tasks associated with construction management/project management for geotechnical and materials-related projects. </li><li>Provide client management for clients that are assigned to you. </li><li>Provide field inspection support and active field training for new and growing special inspectors and materials testing technicians. </li><li>Participate in business development and marketing efforts alongside UES' PMs, executives, and client development professionals.
