We are purposefully built to scale Nature-Based Solutions to address the changing climate and extreme poverty. Our models provide significant and valuable benefits to tens of thousands of smallholder farmers while giving attractive financial returns to investors.
What you do:
<ul>
<li>Support strategic decision making: Support the CEO and the Board in high-level strategy.</li>
<li>Drive a culture of high performance: help embed the processes, practices, and reinforcement to drive a high performance culture.</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations and manage key performance measures: Manage day to day operations, implement processes to improve operational performance, and provide regular reports for the CEO and the leadership team.</li>
<li>CEO support: Act as a key advisor and support to the CEO allowing the CEO to focus on high-level strategic initiatives, external relationships, and overall vision.</li>
<li>Financial oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflows, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organisation.</li>
<li>Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li>
<li>Direct enabling operational functions: Oversee finance, HR, legal, etc.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li>
<li>A Master&rsquo;s Degree or MBA strongly preferred</li>
<li>Professional certifications, such as Project Management</li>
<li>Professional (PMP) or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of executive experience</li>
<li>Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity</li>
<li>Understanding of advanced business planning</li>
<li>Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues</li>
<li>A track record of building and elevating effective teams</li>
<li>Ability to translate vision and strategy into implementation plans</li>
</ul>
