PeraWatt Energy is commercializing a DOE National Laboratory technology that can increase energy efficiency in a variety of energy conversion systems.

Our vision is to deliver the next efficiency boost to energy systems, enabling the transition to an electrified world. We aim to accomplish this by delivering lower costs, higher efficiency, and higher power density to energy systems like EV chargers, wireless chargers, inverters, data centers, and electric motors.

Our technology is next-generation soft magnetic materials produced using a patented synthesis method. These materials offer significant advantages over traditional ones like silicon steel and ferrites due to their higher saturation magnetization, low coercivity, and high-frequency capabilities, making them ideal for use in power electronics such as inductors, transformers, and electric motor stator cores.
