At the end of 2023 we finished construction of our first solar park and wind farm, which are now exporting power.To have the biggest impact, we target markets that are underserved by capital and renewable expertise, by a team with a long history in successful development and construction of major renewable projects. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Battery Storage and Renewables Development Manager, specializing in the renewable energy sector with a specific focus on wind, solar, and battery and renewables projects. In this role, you will be responsible for early-stage development and origination of new standalone battery and renewables projects. The role will involve coordination of project development activities, formulation of commercial offers, customer &amp; related stakeholder management, and requires a deep understanding of energy markets, transmission and distribution network constraints, and experience with siting, permitting, and interconnecting renewable energy/energy storage projects. What you will do<ul><li>Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for battery and renewables projects, aligning with the organization's renewable energy objectives. </li><li>Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks in battery storage technologies for solar and wind energy. </li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses to evaluate the viability and potential return on investment of battery and renewables projects. </li><li>Lead and manage battery and renewables projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications. </li><li>Coordinate and supervise project activities, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing of battery storage systems. </li><li>Monitor and report project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement solutions. </li><li>Stay up to date with advancements in battery storage technologies, industry standards, and regulations related to renewable energy storage. </li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including renewable energy developers, utilities, regulatory bodies, and research institutions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for battery and renewables projects. </li><li>Develop and implement safety protocols with the assistance of the HSE Manager, operational guidelines, and quality control measures for battery storage systems.</li></ul>What you bring <ul><li>Development experience in the Romanian renewable energy market—is a MUST</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Battery Storage and Renewables Development Manager

We have already established a portfolio of onshore wind, solar and BESS projects, and currently we completed the construction of 3 projects, which are now exporting power. In Italy, we have acquired 7 projects at different stages of development.As the Legal Counsel, you will work on Italian development matters (acquisition and management of land, grid connection, permitting, regulations, etc.), provide advice on contractual matters and general business operations related legal topics.The applicant will ideally have over 7+ years of experience within a similar role in industrial or energy business, or a law firm.
