Aretе Corporation has been managing venture capital funds focused on energy technologies since 1983. The five Utech Funds addressed ventures related to the needs and interests of the electric and gas utility industries. The most recently completed fund was the Micro-Generation Technology Fund, LLC. Their currently active fund is SC Green Tech Ventures, LLC, which focuses on investments in alternative energy.
