It turned out to be a very good concept. After a period of refurbishing bicycles, Swapfiets has come to the point that it has designed its own bicycle and that the service is going to more and more cities.

The iconic blue front tire is mounted on all bikes. This way it is always clear which Swapfiets bicycles are and who all belong to the family.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of repairs at our external third-party repair (3PR) locations, ensuring they comply with Swapfiets' standards. You will also play a key part in driving continuous improvements, performing detailed quality audits, and supporting both external and internal teams in delivering exceptional results.
