We are looking for a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join Sympower's expanding team in Sweden. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you are an important part of the Sympower team to establish the connection between the assets used for demand response and our platform. You will be responsible for defining the link between our system and the customer’s processes. You will also ensure that this setup will work with regards to the performance requirements of the intended demand response market. This is done by knowing our platform’s key properties and strengths combined with collaborating with our customers’ technical counterparts to understand their processes and the flexibility potential in it. The position We are looking for a talented Partner Manager to join Sympower's expanding team in Sweden. This is a full-time position intended to be placed in Stockholm, but with flexibility in the exact location. Join us in accelerating the energy transition!
 
In our Swedish commercial operations our key sales channels are through our partnerships with Vattenfall, Gothenburg Energy, and Bixia. This means that hot leads are generated via our partners which we assess and offer our services to, this is followed by a technical implementation phase which is headed by our engineering team. The partner manager is expected to stay active with the lead to support/clarify commercial requirements in case it is needed. The partner manager is also expected to follow-up and maintain our partner relationships and coordinate and plan with their sales organisation. What you will do
As Partner Manager you will have the possibility and responsibility to:

The position We are looking for talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join the Connections &amp; IoT team, part of the engineering side of Sympower. This team is focused on how we can connect to our customers’ automation systems in the most painless and user-friendly way while keeping the end-to-end system scalable and secure. We are currently reshaping the technical foundations of this domain — you have a chance to have a direct influence on the future design. This is a full-time position.
 
The Connections &amp; IoT domain has responsibilities across different stacks:

<li>Embedded (software-close-to-hardware) stack is running on IoT devices (Java and Rust), acting as a gateway between Sympower cloud services and customer automation systems accessible via local connections.</li>
<li>Cloud connections stack is running in the cloud (Java), acting as a gateway between other Sympower cloud services and customer automation systems accessible via the internet.</li>
<li>Cloud components stack is running in the cloud (Kotlin and Java), providing APIs via gRPC and/or REST.</li>
<li>And finally, the front-end stack is powering the user interfaces we have (React, TypeScript).</li>

The position As a Scrum Master, you’ll help our teams become more Agile by encouraging a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement.
