The position Our Trading analysts create value for our customers. There are three shifts you will be working on together with your team mates:<ul><li>Morning: 06-14:30 CET 30 min lunch weekdays</li><li>Evening: 14:00-22:00 CET</li><li>Weekends: 4 flexible hours Saturdays </li></ul></li></ul>What you will needMust haves:<ul><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Availability and willingness to work full time (40 hours) across different shifts (day, evening and weekends). Mainly starting with the evening shift.</li><li>Analytical and quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel and at intermediate level programming languages e.g. python, sql, etc.</li><li>Detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required</li><li>Self-starter: ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively in a high paced environment</li><li>Interest in (short-term) energy markets</li><li>Quantitative background: e.g. finance, engineering, maths</li></ul>Nice to haves:<ul><li>Knowledge of energy and/or demand response markets</li><li>Knowledge of BESS and/or RES markets</li><li>Proficiency in another EU language (SE, GR, FI, ES, NL)</li><li>Experience in finance processes/ invoicing</li><li>Work or internship experience at a utility company, TSO, DSO or similar </li></ul>Who we areSympower is accelerating the global transition towards ‘net-zero’ by helping to build smarter, cleaner renewable energy systems.
