Banyan Infrastructure combines financial and technological innovation to accelerate the deployment of solar, wind and other critical infrastructure around the globe. The Banyan Platform oversees and automates the complex and time consuming contractual management of these small distributed assets. Our solution de-risks these assets for lenders, decreases overhead costs, and increases the ability to refinance these projects at a lower cost of capital. This gets more clean-tech installed faster at lower costs.

At present our team affiliates or identifies with over a dozen different countries and cultures. We promote inclusion by openly discussing and learning about different backgrounds, gender-neutral restrooms, and flexible time-off and work policies that support different lifestyles and life practices.

We have a goal of 50% women on our engineering team. Currently we are at 30%. Our organization is 50+% female today. We have also recently started our first ERG, Banyan Ladies, for all those who identify as female. We look to add more groups as our team grows.
