At Formo, the future of dairy, we’re using microorganisms instead of cows to make cheese humans love. Our microorganisms are trained to make delicious, functional proteins. By doing so, we aim to massively reduce the harmful impact of industrial dairy and the global food systems. Our goal is to replace 10% of Europe’s cheese consumption by 2030, with our animal-free products.
