POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our team either as a contractor or contract-to-hire basis! You will play an integral role in recruiting top talent for our growing teams. The ideal candidate thrives in the world of growth recruiting and the excitement that a small startup brings. You bring verified success in providing high candidate flow that converts into actual hires. THE RECRUITER HAS 7 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule Kickoffs and meet with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and timing
- Quickly build candidate pipeline and flow for priority positions
- Strategize and execute on sourcing utilizing networking sites, search engines, and social media channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Conduct debrief sessions with interview slates post final interviews
- Collaborate with our Manager, Talent to continually brainstorm ways to provide exceptional customer service to both our Hiring Managers and our candidates
- Perform reference check for identified candidates
SOME YEAR 1 DELIVERABLES
- Source, screen, and secure technical talent within 90 days
- Create robust pipeline of candidates for all technical positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for several positions concurrently
SUCCESS METRICS
- Filling priority roles within 90 days
- 6 sourced candidates within 45 days of search
- Consistent communication and collaboration with hiring managers

EXPERIENCE
- Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, advising interviewing panels and streamlining process
- Previous experience recruiting across multiple departments and specialities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Strong working knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
- Solid techniques in drawing the interest of passive candidates
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
- Experience managing vendors and outside partnerships
- Experience recruiting cross functionally desired
- Experience with technical recruiting across the US
