About the Role
We are a young startup, looking for a passionate candidate who can contribute to our mission to deploy impactful solutions to the most important issue of our generation. Our focus will be on developing climate resilience tools for various sectors, with agriculture as our initial market. We’re looking for a smart, passionate, team-oriented Customer Success Manager to develop our customer relationships and help build a foundation for our growth. This person’s primary focus will be on delighting our current customers: onboarding them to our technology platform, helping them use the tool to inform strategic decisions, and understand (and anticipate) their needs.
This individual will also serve as the Voice of the Customer in influencing our product design and product roadmap. Our future growth depends on scaling with our current customer relationships and through their supply chains - as a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving this growth. We hire people who are collaborative, adaptable, communicate well, and love to learn. Expect to give and receive constructive criticism, as we are constantly seeking to push the innovation frontier while simultaneously growing as individuals and as a team.
While we are interested in all qualified applicants, the position is well suited for someone with 3-5 years of work experience in customer success, sales, relationship management, and/or management consulting.
