We are seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the development, execution, and analysis of Rad Power Bikes' paid acquisition campaigns that will run largely across SEM, paid social, and display, but also feature offline channels. This role will be responsible for setting up programs & building the dedicated growth marketing organization from scratch, reporting directly to our CRO.
Why You’re Rad (about you):
10-15 years of experience working in at a VP/Director level leading growth/performance marketing , specifically in a high growth start up environment, with deep hands on experience with across growth channels including paid media/paid social media, display, retargeting, affiliates, influencers and CRM/Email marketing
Experience building, leading, and managing a team of high performance growth / performance markets
Have owned & managed a 8-figure marketing budget, forecasting monthly and annual sales goals, and communicating results
Extensive experience creating acquisition, retention and reactivation strategy and working with your team and partner functions to implement and measure success/failure of your initiatives and iterate as you go
Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution, developing Customer Lifetime and Cost per Acquisition models, guiding finance, channel and executive teams on results
Deep experience using data to drive decisions, and a strong bias towards action & a desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changed environment
Additional Requirements:
4 year degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with eComm and/or D2C brands
Impeccable oral & written communication skills
Data driven mindset

Had you been with us last month, you would have:
Managed the day to day operations of our display, paid Search, PLA, Affiliates, influencer and paid social and email marketing campaigns
Collaborated closely with Brand/Content, PR, commercial, and eComm functions/teams to create campaigns based off current objectives
Directed the Creative Team to produce content for marketing creative across platforms
Pilot and launch new opportunities/platforms as they reach maturity
Provided actionable insights on target audiences to inform and evolve future campaigns
Served as a subject matter expert for all things performance marketing and acted as a resource across the organization to foster a collaborative learning environment
Collaborated with the marketing team in creating and testing new creative, audiences, and personas
Mentored and managed a team of highly engaged & driven individuals focused on growth marketing
