Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced marketing manager to lead our central/hq marketing function. Specifically, this role will be crucial in driving Zoomo’s global content & product marketing strategy, build a world-class MarTech stack and collaborate with all corners of the business (regions, functions, partners) to unlock hyper growth.

This role will have a direct impact on the success of Zoomo. They will report to Zoomo’s Global Marketing Director and see the business grow 10x in the next 2 years. The role requires strong content marketing capabilities, a deep understanding of B2B + B2C marketing and the ability to launch products at a global scale.

To be truly successful in this role you will have to become passionate about our brand, product and mission, have a desire to win in a competitive market and have a bias to action.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Zoomo’s global B2B (content, events, product marketing, sales enablement) and B2C (performance marketing, CRM, referrals, partnerships) marketing strategy. Bring a clear POV on best practices and prove ROI in the first 6 months.
  • Leverage data to build a brand and product messaging across owned and paid channels that resonates and excites prospects and customers alike.
  • PMO Zoomo’s go to market strategy and product launches across multiple regions and digital channels, working with product, operations and sales.
  • Build a world-class martech stack that creates a step change in customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead and develop a high-functioning team of marketers, champion a culture that makes people love their work


Requirements

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years experience in an in-house marketing capacity (B2B preferred), 5-7+ years of total experience across marketing, advertising, etc
  • 1-2+ years managing a team
  • Track-record driving brand equity & thought leadership through compelling content
  • Experience with global product launches is a big plus!
  • Track-record of delivering successful customer marketing campaigns and deep experience working in partnership with sales teams to drive pipeline.
  • Fluency with marketing technology, full-funnel growth tactics & digital marketing.
  • Experience in a high-growth, product-led organisation with a desire to get scrappy and creative.
  • Comfort in ambiguity and flexibility to fail up and learn fast.
