Strategic Partnerships Leader

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Leader to join Netafim's Strategy & Innovation unit. In this position you will work directly with the VP of Strategy & Innovation, lead strategic processes, support M&A activity and establish partnerships with key players in the Ag-Tech eco-system.

A Day In The Life

• Preform market analysis and explore of new opportunities
• Support strategic partnerships and M&A activity (due diligence, PMI)
• Lead Netafim startup partnership program including:
  • Screen and evaluate startups based on Netafim's areas of interest
  • Manage the partnerships funnel and database
  • Lead/follow-up on-going partnerships
  • Sync between the relevant stakeholders within Netafim
• Support the development of other eco-system partnerships (other corporates, research institutes, etc.)

 What you'll need?

• Business related or industrial engineering degree – required (potentially Agri degree + business experience)
• MBA or other related second degree – an advantage
• At least 3 years of prior experience in Strategy, Business development or PMO positions
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Fluent English - Mandatory
• Agri and/or Tech background – an advantage
