Job Summary

As our business of changing the world through shared micro-mobility services continues to scale and consumers now begin searching for alternative modes of transportation with fewer crowds, we are seeking a full-time, Accounting Lead to join our accounting team!  The Accounting Lead will be responsible for performing monthly and quarterly close activities and analysis for vehicles, fixed assets, prepayments, etc.  Additionally, the Accounting Lead will reconcile related accounts, prepare related journal entries and reports for auditors and management.  This position is a critical player in the company's month-end close process. This position is an individual contributor, reports to the Senior Accounting Manager, and will be part of a highly motivated and collaborative team!


  • Assist in 10K and 10Q filings for SEC reporting requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop, implement, improve, and execute financial and accounting processes and systems
  • Prepare monthly workpapers and manage month end close deliverables
  • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of vehicle accounts, spare parts accounts, and depreciation accounts amongst others.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 3+ years’ experience in public accounting or 4+ years in accounting or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles such as landed cost, and depreciation.
  • Able to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment, while demonstrating strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage your workload while also leading associate accountants.
