We are seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence to be a key leader within the Finance team. This role will help drive growth of our offerings by providing analytical insights cross-functionally, driving core financial and business processes for the business including financial analysis, data-driven business intelligence insights, budgeting and forecasting functions, as well as special projects with senior management (e.g., capital raise support and Board/investor reporting). 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the key drivers of the various offerings and their conversion to a financial expression;
  • Lead and coach the existing FP&A and BI teams to be strong finance partners to senior leaders across the organization to help drive strategic and operational initiatives as the business grows and scales
  • Partner with Corporate Development and Investor Relations to support our market story and evaluate potential M&A transactions and business growth opportunities
  • Develop high quality, data-driven financial and statistical analyses that drive business insights and support informed decision-making by leadership
  • Develop relationships with business teams, implement new processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and business requirements for financial systems, process improvement, and technology innovation/automation
  • Drive annual planning and monthly forecasting cycles
  • The successful candidate will have shown experiences in past roles influencing senior business leaders and supporting decision-making in rapidly evolving environments
  • This role requires an experienced leader with strong modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • This role also has regular interaction with executives and various offerings across Indigo, therefore transparency, authenticity and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills

What You'll Need:

  • 10 to 15 years in a business decision-driven analytical managerial role
  • At least 5 years in a management role at a technology company that has gone through equity raises and transitions to the public equity markets
  • You are used to a very fast-paced dynamic working environment
  • You have a proven ability to dig deeply into data and derive business insights from financial information
  • You communicate complex analyses, data-heavy insights and resulting recommendations/decisions to the team at large in a simple, clear manner (be it verbally or in writing, including PowerPoint)
  • You are highly organized and able to think creatively, while being highly-driven and self-motivated, with an acute attention to detail
  • You are capable of taking high level guidance and developing it into a solution
  • You enjoy blazing a trail and operating in new and often emerging business models, developed using novel and unique science and technology.
  • You are comfortable operating without all the data and answers in an effort organize and problem solve, entrepreneurial spirit, to get to a great outcome for the planet and the Company
  • You want to learn from and grow with some of the smartest and highly experienced analytical technology and science minds in the industry
  • An action bias and intense desire to solve problems
  • Unmatched attention to detail and due diligence
