What you will do

Become part of our Legal team in Munich, where we keep the organization running by supporting the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing company.  

  • You review legal issues in the field of intellectual property, in particular trademark and unfair competition law
  • You handle complaints and (extra-)judicial legal disputes (if necessary with the help of external law firms) and develop strategies for conflict resolution and avoidance
  • You are responsible for the international expansion of industrial property rights and advise the operational units on trademark strategy issues
  • You advise the operating units in all other legal matters and support them in corporate law issues
  • You review and negotiate national and international contracts and create practical standardized contract templates and general terms and conditions
  • You hold legal in-house trainings
Who you are
  • You are a (full) lawyer and/or inhouse lawyer (LL.M.)
  • You ideally have at least five years of relevant professional experience with focus on trademark and unfair competition law
  • You work in a structured, independent and careful manner and are solution-oriented
  • You are team-oriented, have excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility
  • You have a high level of commitment and a hands-on mentality
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
