We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify customers with potential issues, tailor solutions and communicate these to our customers.

This role is available as a full time, permanent position and can be based out of Helsinki or performed remotely. The role requires fluency in English; Finnish language skills are not required.
