About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst who will work with partners and stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions. This person’s primary responsibility will be to help execute the compensation strategy for Spin including job evaluations, trends analysis, incentive plan research and design and statistical analyses of market data. Stock and benefits administration experience is a plus.
This is a hands-on technical role that is primarily responsible for consulting with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and managers to recommend new hire and promotional rates on a continual basis. Research and resolve pay issues and develop plans to mitigate wage compression and design programs and methods to attract and retain employees in a highly competitive market. Advanced knowledge in and extensive experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel required to conduct internal pay equity and adverse impact analyses.
