The Opportunity at Volta Charging
As Director of Product, Media, you will manage driving the vision, execution, and growth of Volta’s media products. You will use your industry knowledge and strong collaborative skills to partner with Volta leadership to define the future of Volta’s media products and business. You will use customer and market feedback, data, and research, to drive results against this plan.
In this role, you will serve as an advocate and promoter for Volta’s media products, both internally at Volta and with our customers and partners, and you will build and set the strategy and oversee their delivery to the market.
In your first 90 days, you will
Produce a cohesive strategy and roadmap that promotes Volta’s revenue and brand goals. Outline any key investments needed to achieve goals and build support with key stakeholders. Produce proposed resourcing plans and contribute to any necessary trade-off conversations with key stakeholders to move forward on key efforts.
After twelve months, you will have accomplished:
A strategic vision for how Volta media can add more value and magic to passersby and sponsors. You will have delivered significant revenue-generating features that have a meaningful impact on Volta’s bottom line. You will have published a multi-year roadmap and delivered key features against that roadmap.
What you bring to Volta Charging:
As a Volta team, we are building an inclusive culture where everyone can feel safe to share their thoughts and opinions without judgment; a team where representation and development matter and differences are valued.
