Head of Engineering

Khepra is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage reactor design, continuous improvement, and manufacturing supply chains. We are an early stage chemical technologies company looking to commercialize our novel ultrasonic reactor technology and chemical processes to produce sustainable, biomass derived agrochemicals. 

 In the near term, the role of the Head of Engineering will be to scale up pilot reactor designs to a full commercial system, then to manage the fabrication of that system for an initial pilot commercialization project. Longer term duties will be to run a small team of engineers in the optimization and maximization of scale of the commercial reactor, and establish a manufacturing supply chain for the mass manufacturing of the reactors.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in hardware design and computational fluid dynamics modeling. Experience in manufacturing, leading teams, and graduate level research in any relevant field is desirable but not a requirement.
