Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Technical Account Manager to join our customer success team. In this role, you will own the full onboarding and success lifecycle ensuring customers are realizing value from our products. You will be tasked with enabling customers’ integration & development activities, managing relationships, expanding accounts by identifying and managing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer renewals to drive growth and team revenue targets.
What You Will Do
- Own and serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Advocate for API product features and improvements as the voice of the customer and work cross-functionally with product and engineering to champion growth and deliver even more value to customers.
- Grow customer accounts, identifying and driving expansion opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive adoption by demonstrating how the customer can get value from building on and/or into our API products and achieve the impact they are seeking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your accounts, from end-users through to executive sponsors, ensuring they have a consistent, best-in-class experience in every interaction.
- Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of sustainability products and key use cases in the accounts you manage.
Your Background
- 3+ years of experience in customer success roles such as software consulting/implementation, solutions engineering, and/or SaaS customer success management.
- Experience as a trusted technical advisor to clients through their development and product usage lifecycle.
- Strategic relationship management experience (you can identify, plan for, and engage account opportunities considering the customer and Regrow’s short-term and long-term goals).
- Demonstrated familiarity with APIs and cross-platform integrations (setup and troubleshooting as well as partnering with API Product and Engineering teams)
- Experience scoping and delivering complex solutions for/with enterprise (high average customer value) and strategic customers.
- Negotiation and the ability to obtain commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships.

- Exposure to data scientists, academics, and researchers is a plus.
