About the role

As the Director of Product for Store Solutions, you will be responsible for owning our flagship product group, our ML powered store level mobile app used in grocery stores across America. In this high-impact role, you will be leading cross product initiatives, driving product strategy, and managing our product roadmap. You will lead, mentor, and grow the existing product management team, and recruit additional product talent to your organization. Through these efforts, you will be directly driving the success of Afresh’s mission to reduce food waste and make fresh food more accessible to all - not to mention contributing to the fight against climate change.

Skills and experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years leading high-performance teams in fast-paced organizations
• A successful track record of leading a product team, advancing the craft of product management, and developing well integrated teams with strong, highly collaborative cultures
• Understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics, including experience building B2B apps at scale
• Experience with applied AI products, solving concrete user problems in the real world
• Experience building mobile products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels seamlessly juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders
• Superior ability to communicate clearly and concisely to leadership, peers, and customers. tailoring your message to your audience
• A track record of innovating on behalf of customers and developing 0→1 products
• A true self-starter who works well in ambiguity and effectively adopts change
