Director, Account Management

The Role One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission-driven Director of Account Management to join our team. The primary charter for this role is to develop and grow relationships within our (re)insurance vertical. You’ll collaborate with our product and solutions teams to identify and deliver new value propositions that bolster our growth. 

What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle client relationships and ensure best-in-class client success at every touchpoint
• Become a subject matter expert of our product offerings 
• Proactively engage with strategic partners and demonstrate value propositions that convert to revenue streams 
• Identify and create opportunities to productionalize revenue streams at scale 
• Provide complete client coverage from onboarding through renewals
• Collaborate with product and solutions teams to operationalize client feedback into product iterations and new product offerings

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years experience in an account management role at a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert of a data analytics product
• Experience managing client relationships within commercial real estate and/or banking industries
• Proficiency with strategic account management principles and tools 
• Mission-driven and team-focused 

Compensation will be competitive with the market for this position and will include equity consideration.
