The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Product Manager; who is excited about mobile experiences that will help revolutionize how - humans minimize their impact on the planet.. We have a runaway success in our product Lomi, which helps people process everyday waste into usable soil in hours. Lomi is our answer to the earth's waste problem and was one of Indiegogo’s most successful crowdfunding campaigns, and is in full scale up mode now. We are hard at work designing Lomi 2.0, which will be a connected smart Lomi, and which is why we need a talented Mobile PM. 

You will be responsible for leading the mobile team to develop the IoT apps and features that will take Lomi to the next level, and allow us to have a real impact on our earth. The app will empower Lomi users like never before, to maximize their ability to effectively turn their waste into something good for the planet. You will be working closely with Product Development and Marketing to help maintain the roadmap and feature plan.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate a clear, coherent product strategy and road map for our mobile app and drive it forward, getting buy-in from Leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Developers, User Experience, and more internal teams (Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Development) to define feature work for the Lomi App.
• Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of the Mobile Team.
• Prioritize and maintain the backlog, plan sprints and run an agile team.
• Coach and develop your team, in a culture that values team chemistry and team autonomy

Requirements:

• Experience in a Product Manager or similar role, developing and analyzing user stories, epics and working closely with business owners, business partners and development team
• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
• Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally, and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Leadership experience and/or demonstrated potential to coordinate and motivate a small team

Salary range- $90,000-115,000 CAD
