PowerSuite Data Analyst

Our SaaS platform, PowerSuite includes hundreds of customers such as Amazon, Apple, Pinegate Renewables, Oracle and Arcadia and is rapidly expanding to new market segments.


Position Description

This part-time position will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of a new  PowerSuite offering.  The analyst will be responsible for reviewing regulatory dockets and filings and ensuring relevant data is updated in PowerSuite.  The position will require a keen attention to detail and a willingness to review detailed filings looking for critical information.

The ideal candidate will enjoy reviewing, reading and working with data in a thorough fashion.  Support will be provided by the PowerSuite Product Manager, but the majority of this work will be done independently on a daily basis.



  • Perform daily review of certain data ingested by PowerSuite to ensure accuracy
  • Identify key information within regulatory documentation
  • Enter key information from regulatory documents into PowerSuite database
  • Become an expert in regulatory filings across 50 states plus DC
  • Identify opportunities to improve daily review workflow
  • Provide tracking data to Product Manager regarding length of time to process a docket.



  • Keen attention to detail and ability to catch anomalies or errors that others may miss
  • Ability to problem-solve in unfamiliar situations creatively and independently
  • Ability to focus on complex regulatory filings while maintaining high standard of accuracy
  • Pride in your work output and desire to ensure PowerSuite is highly valuable for our users
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge or interest in the energy and/or utility industry preferred
