Senior Product Manager

This PositionWe're looking for a Product Manager to join our US team to drive the development of our platform that enables consumers around the world to acquire life-changing products, via accessible and affordable payment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the continued development and scale of our product lines as we grow our network, gain new partners, and extend solutions to consumers . As Product Manager, you will engage in solving a major obstacle to global development, and work with us on the tough usability challenges inherent to this domain. You will make a real difference for the millions of people who are not served by traditional banking solutions.

To help you decide whether this role is right for you, here's what we're looking for in an ideal candidate: - You have 5+ years of product leadership experience in B2C and/or B2B2C financial services businesses. You've had successes and failures, and you can demonstrate what you've learned from each. - You're as excited about working at a mission driven organization as you are about building game changing financial products in underserved markets. - You've operated a data-driven product development process or can explain why you’d thrive in that environment.  - You excel at thoughtfully communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders to carefully prioritize our teams’ work and ensure maximum impact. - You know to walk a fine line between productive processes and creative thinking. - You are comfortable diving into code and architecture to fully understand an issue. - Your stakeholder engagement skills allow you to effectively engage with both customers and co-workers (experience collaborating with international users is a major plus!) 
On a typical day, here’s what you could be working on: - Building out our core platform, APIs, and web and Android based products with our awesome team of primarily US and Nairobi-based product leaders, designers and engineers - Collaborating with Engineering Leaders on continuous improvement of development and delivery processes - Defining and owning key performance metrics and OKRs with our product and engineering teams - Gathering and prioritizing product feedback from our customers from Africa to India to Latin America - Developing and representing release plans for upcoming product releases - Leading key roadmap prioritization discussions with stakeholders in the company and with our partners
