What you'll do?

  • Work independently to locate stolen assets using our patented GPS technology.
  • Conduct field calls and repossessions of Zoomo property from customers in default/arrears.
  • Collect abandoned bikes from across the metropolitan area.
  • Be a client liaison for our retail store, central teams and local law enforcement striving for the best possible outcome.
  • Use your detective skills to investigate thefts and locate lost assets.
  • Keep impeccable data and provide administrative support to your Coordinator.


  • Full AU Drivers License.
  • No criminal history.
  • Must be hard-working, collaborative, and ready to win.
  • Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; you will be interfacing with the front desk team to process payments or get updated customer information and deal with potential debtors in an amicable manner.
  • Quick thinker with excellent judgement and compassion.
  • Flexibility is an absolute must; we are a startup - things change on a daily so we’re hoping you can flex to work when we need you most and where required.
  • Having access to your own van or ute would be highly advantageous.
